LET'S WORK TOGETHER

Based on my rich corporate experience, on my foray as an entrepreneur and on my
own “vécu”, I provide a unique coaching opportunity for my clients.
I value every client wholistically; my client being the expert.
My approach to executive coaching is non-directive and focuses on identifying
and achieving both short-term and long-term SMART goals.
I work with senior executives to help them craft their scope
of vision, design a roadmap for themselves to achieve same and
add value to their executive toolkit.

Every client is unique, hence every coaching intervention is customised as per my client’s
needs and is results-oriented aimed at providing positive growth for the individual and
the organisation as a whole. Furthermore, by ensuring privacy, a non-judgemental
perspective and confidentiality, I offer executive coachees a safe space to
share, explore and adopt new approaches so as to improve efficiency
through constructive feedback.
I invite my client to reflect on what’s working well and what’s not, and why.

"Together let’s create
a working alliance".

I enjoy working with clients that are motivated to engage into coaching to seek personal growth, increased awareness, willing to work together to overcome challenges
and optimise their potential and capability.
Our working alliance will naturally result from the quality
& strength of our collaborative relationship.

Let's Talk

If you are interested in coaching I would love to engage with you.

Depending on your needs, we may begin with a complimentary 30-minute mini-session to answer your questions and discover how we might work together.

Regular sessions are 60 minutes.

MY COACHING METHOD

For my Coaching Practice,

I use my own developed coaching model which has been approved by

the University of Stellenbosch Business School as part of the MPhil in

Management Coaching programme.

As illustrated, I take my clients through steps 1 to 6 and make use of questions and deep listening allowing my client to develop self-awareness, to accept responsibility for their own learning and to achieve peak performance.

Rapport building, maintaining ethics and upkeeping professional standards are key components of my coaching practice evidenced during each stage of my coaching journey with the client.

Contracting takes place in step one of the session model.

Mindfulness, reflection and journaling go hand in hand all along the coaching process. The steps generally follow a sequence but remain very much interchangeable at all times and a feedback loop in and out of any previous stage is possible.

Reflecting through concrete experiences, abstract thoughts can be evoked to identify burning issues.

Active experimentation creates new concrete experiences that could be transformed into knowledge. I use Ken Wilber’s Four Quadrants as a tool to increase awareness which also allows my coaching to be more “balanced, comprehensive and inclusive” helping me develop my clients.

I value every client wholistically,
my client being the expert.
